15 Doctoral and 3 Postdoctoral positions at 10 Universities in 7 European countries

The Marie Curie Initial Training Network on Language, Cognition, and Gender (ITN LCG)funded by the European Commission is filling 15 Doctoral and 3 Postdoctoral positions at 10 Universities in 7 European countries (from October 2009 on until all positions are filled). ITN LCG aims at investigating the interplay of language, cognition, and gender, for the first time from cross-language and cross-cultural perspectives.

The ITN LCG research programme is organised in four work packages (WP):
- How does language shape the cognitive representations of gender (WP A);
- How do features of European languages correspond with gender equality in European societies (WP B);
- How does language contribute to social behaviour towards the sexes (WP C);
- How can gender equality be promoted through strategies for gender-fair language use (WP D).

Young fellows' individual projects will be integrated into one comprehensive research and training network. They will be offered an innovative training in a unique combination of scientific methods that span from neuroimaging and electrophysiology over experimental techniques of cognitive and social psychology to linguistic methods of language analysis and scientific training strategies. The network is strongly based on the exchange and transfer of
knowledge between academia and public and private organisations and will provide its fellows with network-wide training activities (4 workshops, 3 summer schools, 1 scientific symposium) and training-in-collaborations (working visits and secondments). Benefits

The eligibility conditions for recruitment are the following: Candidates can be nationals of any country other than the country of the host university where they will carry out their project. PhD position in Cognitive Neuroscience

Ehrsson's group at the Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, Sweden, has funding available for
a 4 year PhD position in cognitive neuroscience. Our work focuses on how we come to
experience that we own our body, and why we experience that we are located inside our
physical bodies. To address these issues we use a combination of behavioral and

Our lab is based at the Department of Neuroscience and Stockholm Brain Institute, a
centre of excellence for cognitive and computational neuroscience

medical universities, has many foreign students and professors, and English is spoken at
all lectures and seminars.
Qualifications: The candidate must have a master degree in psychology, neuroscience,

Junior research fellowship In philosophy
The Queen's College

The Governing Body proposes to elect to a Junior Research Fellowship in Philosophy tenable for three years from 1st October 2009.

The basic stipend of the Fellowship, which is pensionable under the Universities Superannuation Scheme, is £16,404, subject to adjustment in the light of any other emoluments enjoyed by the Fellow or in the light of any general alteration to University stipends. The Fellow will be entitled to free rooms in College (or in approved cases to an allowance of £3,285(in lieu), and to free meals in College. Other allowances are available. The Fellow may, with the leave of the Governing Body, engage in teaching up to a maximum of six hours weekly and, if teaching, would normally be expected to give priority to the College's own teaching needs.

The department 3 "Geodynamics", Section 3.1 „Lithosphere Dynamics". This
newly funded EUROCORES collaborative research program aims to test
alternative mechanisms for the potential coupling between climate and
tectonics across Europe modeling the magnetic lithospheric field. The two
PhD projects carried out at GFZ will focus on the spatial and temporal
conditions necessary for an effective coupling of climate and tectonics for
orogenic wedges in general and the European Alps in particular.

Tasks:
The PhD themes will deal mainly with low-temperature dating (fission-track
and [U-Th]/He techniques), sandbox experiments (2D analogue bivergent wedge
modelling) and field work. Progress reports and scientific results are
expected to be presented at international meetings and in peer-review
journals.

The work program includes the sedimentological, structural and thermal

The section 2.2 „Geophysical Deep Sounding" in Department 2 in the field of
electromagnetic deep sounding (MT). This position is embedded in the
inter-disciplinary German/South African "Inkaba yeAfrica" project (see also

were collected along a 600 km traverse from the southern coast into the
Kaapvaal Craton to study continental accretion processes. New MT
measurements in South Africa are envisaged in 2009.

The Section 3.2 " Deformation and Rheology " in Department 3 "Geodynamics".
The joint research project lighthouse CLEAN – CO2 Largscale EGR in the
Altmark Naturalgas field - is planned as a scientific program accompanying
an „Enhanced Gas Recovery" (EGR) project within the second largest natural
gas field in Europe – the Altmark gas field. Furthermore, this project will
be a major step forward towards large-scale onshore storage of CO2 and to
support in that way the definition of national and international standards.
Within the framework of the investigation, use and protection of the
underground the following position will be filled for the investigation of
microseismicity induced by storage of CO2.

Tasks:
The successful candidate is invited to perform active research on
microseismicity induced during storage of CO2. The investigation performed
by him or her aims at analyzing microseismicity data acquired by a downhole
seismic array. Objectives of the programe include identifying hypocenter
locations of microseismic events, analysis of source characteristics and
cluster analysis. Further tasks include analysing the spatiotemporal
evolution of seismicity as well as determining faulting mechanisms and their
inversion for the stress tensor. In the context of the project reports,
scientific presentations and publications need to be delivered.

Qualifications:
* Diploma or masters degree in geophysics or physics with strong
background in seismology
* Experience in the analysis of fully digitized waveforms
* Programming skills for processing of seismological data desirable
(preferably C, MATLAB)

Post-doctoral Position in Robotics/Computer Vision at EPFL

EPFL's Computer Vision Laboratory (http://cvlab.epfl.ch/) has an
opening for a post-doctoral fellow in the field of perception. The
position is initially offered for 12 months and can be extended.

Description:

The work will be carried out within the context of an European Union
project, whose overall aim is to investigate interactions between
morphology and behavior by designing and building a prototype of a
reconfigurable anguilliform swimming robot. More specifically, our
goal is to give this robot an electric sense comparable to that of
real electric fish, which it will be able to use to detect and
recognize objects and obstacles.

Position:

The Computer Vision laboratory offers a creative international
environment, a possibility to conduct competitive research on a global
scale and involvement in teaching. Within the project, there will be
ample opportunities to cooperate with some of the best groups in
Europe and elsewhere.

EPFL is located next to Lake Geneva in a beautiful setting 60
kilometers away from the city of Geneva. Salaries are in the range CHF
70000 to 80000 per year, the precise amount to be determined by EPFL's
department of human resources.

Education:

A three-year PhD position in Economics funded through an ARC Discovery
Grant is available (aprox. A$20K p.a.). The position's focus will be
to undertake survey work of employers and workers related to the
project in regional and urban areas in Australia. The successful
candidate will also use the survey data to analyse the patterns and
determinants of remittances among different categories of migrant workers.


The study will form a central part of the candidate's PhD thesis at
The University of Queensland. The project team consists of Associate

CBS offers high scholarships and accepts only top
applicants. To be awarded the scholarship, one must be enrolled as a PhD
student. To be considered for enrolment, the candidate should have a basic

Persyaratan Umum


1. Warga Negara Indonesia, bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, Setia dan taat Kepada Pancasila, UUD 1945 dan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia;

2. Memenuhi persyaratan kualifikasi pendidikan (jenjang dan jurusan) yang sesuai dengan lowongan jabatan yang dibutuhkan;

3. Berkelakuan baik dan tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap;

4. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS/Anggota TNI/Polri atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta;

5. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon / PNS. Calon TNI / POLRI;

6. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai anggota atau pengurus partai politik;

7. Sehat jasmani dan rohani;

8. Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh Satuan Kerja di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Tangerang.


Persyaratan Khusus


a. Kualifikasi Pendidikan


Memiliki Ijazah sesuai kualifikasi pendidikan yang dibutuhkan untuk formasi jabatan sebagaimana tersebut diatas dengan Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) sebagai Berikut :


Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) bagi pelamar berpendidikan S.1 dan Profesi Minimal 2.75 (dua koma tujuh lima);


Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) bagi pelamar berpendidikan D.III Minimal 2.60 (dua koma enam puluh);


Pelamar yang kualifikasi pendidikannya tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan diatas dinyatakan tidak memenuhi syarat untuk mengikuti seleksi.

b. Usia


Serendah-rendahnya berusia 18 (delapan belas) tahun pada tanggal 1 Februari 2009;


Setinggi-tingginya berusia 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun pada tanggal 1 Februari 2009;


Setinggi-tingginya berusia 40 (empat puluh) tahun pada tanggal 1 Februari 2009 bagi yang bekerja pada instansi atau lembaga swasta yang berbadan hukum yang menunjang kepentingan nasional paling kurang 5 (lima) tahun pada 17 April 2002.



PROSES PENDAFTARAN


a. Persiapkan data yang dipersyaratkan.

b.Lakukan registrasi lamaran melalui situs bkd-kotatangerang.net atau bkd-kotatangerang.info dengan meng’klik’ halaman ‘Daftar’. Saat pengisian, pastikan untuk mengisi formulir dengan benar dan lengkap sesuai petunjuk tertulis. Kesalahan pengisian sehingga terjadi ketidaksesuaian dengan berkas lamaran yang akan dikirim melalui pos mengakibatkan ketidaklulusan pada tahap seleksi administrasi. Dalam proses pengisian hindari menekan tombol ENTER, sebaliknya pakai “mouse” untuk memindahkan kursor ke kolom yang diinginkan. Setelah selesai, tekan tombol sesuai petunjuk yang tertera di layar. Apabila pengisian data diri telah selesai dan telah sesuai dengan identitas anda, kami persilahkan anda untuk mencetak Bukti Registrasi On Line CPNS Kota Tangerang yang nanti harus anda kirimkan beserta dokumen lamaran lainnya melalui POS. Dokumen Lamaran yang dikirimkan tanpa melampirkan Bukti Registrasi tidak akan diproses.


c.Apabila bukti Registrasi Online Hilang, rusak atau belum dapat tercetak pada perangkat / komputer yang anda gunakan, silahkan anda mengakses Modul Penerimaan CPNS On Line Kota Tangerang kembali serta menekan halaman CETAK. Isi Fomulir yang tersedia dengan data diri anda dan tekan tombol cetak. Berikutnya akan muncul tampilan Bukti Registrasi Online anda yang dapat anda print atau save/simpan pada media lain.


d.Tanda tangani Bukti Registrasi Pendaftaran CPNS On-Line yang telah dicetak dan tempelkan Foto Ukuran 4×6 berwarna pada format yang telah disiapkan. Pastikan dokumen lamaran yang anda kirim dilengkapi dengan seluruh dokumen pendukung yang dipersyaratkan.


e.Jepit seluruh dokumen dengan stapler dan masukkan dalam amplop coklat tertutup ukuran 35×25 yang telah ditulis “LAMARAN CPNS KOTA TANGERANG FORMASI TA 2008 “ pada pojok Kiri Atas serta Kode Jabatan yang dilamar pada Pojok Kanan Atas.


f.Dokumen tersebut lalu dikirimkan melalui Kantor Pos dan ditujukan/dialamatkan kepada :

g.Panitia hanya menerima berkas lamaran yang disampaikan melalui alamat tersebut di atas dan tidak menerima format penyampaian lamaran dalam bentuk lainnya

Berkas Lamaran

1.Surat lamaran yang ditulis tangan dan ditandatangani sendiri, memakai tinta hitam dan bermaterai yang dalam lamaran tersebut mencantumkan nama jabatan dan kode jabatan yang dilamar;

2. Bukti Tanda Registrasi On Line / Bukti Pendaftaran;

3. Foto copy Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian yang masih berlaku;

4. Surat Keterangan Kesehatan dari Dokter;

5. Fotokopi KTP yang masih berlaku;

6. Satu lembar fotokopi ijazah yang akan digunakan dalam lamaran berikut transkrip nilai yang sudah dilegalisir (cap dan tanda tangan asli) oleh pejabat yang berwenang

7. Pas foto terakhir ukuran 4×6 (berwarna) sebanyak 4 (empat) lembar dilengkapi dengan tulisan nama pelamar di bagian belakang foto kemudian 2 (dua) ditempel pada tempat yang telah disediakan dalam bukti pendaftaran;

8. Bagi pelamar yang berusia diatas 35 (tiga puluh lima) hingga 40 (empat puluh) tahun, harus melampirkan fotocopy sah SK Bukti Pengangkatan pertama s.d terakhir yang dilegalisir;

9. Amplop kosong yang telah ditulis nama lengkap, alamat lengkap, kode pos dan nomor telepon yang dapat dihubungi serta tanda lunas biaya pengiriman dari kantor pos untuk kepentingan pengiriman surat pemberitahuan;

10. Surat Lamaran beserta lampiran tersebut diatas disusun rapi sesuai urutan kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam amplop folio warna coklat dan ditulis pada pojok kiri atas BERKAS LAMARAN CPNS KOTA TANGERANG FORMASI TAHUN 2008 serta pada pojok kanan atas tulis dengan huruf kapital kode formasi yang dilamar;

11. Berkas lamaran yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan tersebut di atas tidak akan akan dinyatakan tidak memenuhi syarat;

12. Berkas lamaran yang diterima Panitia menjadi milik Panitia dan tidak dapat diminta kembali oleh Pelamar.

Tahap Seleksi Administrasi


1. Proses verifikasi dilakukan langsung segera setelah berkas lamaran diterima oleh Panitia. Verifikasi dilakukan untuk melihat kesesuaian data registrasi yang telah diisi oleh pelamar melalui Modul Penerimaan CPNS Kota Tangerang dengan dokumen fisik yang telah diterima Panitia


2. Pelamar bisa mengakses informasi detail hasil verifikasi melalui halaman Status yang bisa diakses Tombol STATUS yang ada di Pojok Kanan Atas dengan memasukkan nomor lamaran dan data pelamar lainnya yang ada dalam form. Melalui halaman ini informasi verfikasi per-item bisa diketahui


3. Setelah proses verifikasi berkas lamaran selesai, panitia akan mengumumkan Pelamar yang memenuhi syarat serta Pelamar yang tidak memenuhi syarat lewat Website BKD Kota Tangerang Serta lewat modul Penerimaan CPNS On Line


4. Selain itu, panitia juga akan mengirimkan surat panggilan untuk verivikasi fisik bagi pelamar yang memenuhi syarat. Sedangkan pelamar yang tidak memenuhi syarat akan dkirimkan surat pemberitahuan yang menerangkan alasan penolakan lamaran


CATATAN PENTING


1. Hanya Peserta yang telah melakukan registrasi online dan mengirimkan dokumen lamaran melalui Kantor POS yang akan diproses oleh panitia. Pelamar yang memenuhi seluruh persyaratan dokumen lamaran yang akan diloloskan dalam tahapan Seleksi Administrasi. Hasil Seleksi Administrasi akan diumumkan melalui website Badan Kepegawaian dan Diklat Kota Tangerang dengan alamat www.bkd-kotatangerang.net



2. Pelamar yang dinyatakan Memenuhi syarat dan pelamar yang dinyatakan Kurang Memenuhi syarat akan dipanggil untuk registrasi fisik serta melengkapai persyaratan selanjutnya sesuai dengan jadwal dan persyaratan yang tertera dalam surat panggilan



3. Sebelum tanggal pelaksanaan ujian tulis, seluruh pelamar yang dipanggil diwajibkan hadir menurut jadwal dan lokasi yang tertera dalam surat panggilan untuk melakukan registrasi fisik guna mendapatkan nomor ujian dan diwajibkan membawa Kartu Identitas. Registrasi Fisik ini bersifat wajib dan tidak dapat diwakilkan. Apabila pelamar tidak hadir, maka pelamar tersebut dianggap mengundurkan diri.



4. Ujian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 30 November 2008, dengan tempat serta perlengkapan seleksi tertera pada kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian.



5. Peserta Ujian diwajibkan untuk membawa peralatan ujian seperti Kartu Tanda Peserta, Pinsil 2b, penghapus pinsil, rautan serta alas tulis. Selain itu sangat disarankan untuk membawa bekal makanan dan minuman mengingat keterbatasan penjual makanan dan minuman di sekitar lokasi ujian. Peserta dianjurkan mempergunakan kendaraan umum untuk mencapai lokasi ujian tulis mengingat kurangnya ketersediaan lahan parkir di sekitar lokasi.

PERSYARATAN UMUM :

1. Setiap warga negara yang bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berusia serendah-rendahnya 18 tahun dan setinggi-tingginya 35 tahun (pada tanggal 1 Januari 2009) dapat mengajukan lamaran untuk mengikuti ujian pengadaan CPNS Departemen Agama Tahun 2008. Dan bagi pelamar berusia lebih dari 35 tahun s.d. 40 tahun dapat pula mengajukan lamaran jika memiliki Wiyata Bakti sampai dengan 1 Januari 2009 minimal 11 tahun 9 bulan secara terus menerus dan tidak terputus-putus pada instansi pemerintah atau Yayasan yang berbadan hukum.

2. Mempunyai pendidikan, kecakapan, keahlian dan keterampilan yang diperlukan sesuai dengan formasi yang tersedia.

3. Berkelakuan baik.

4. Sehat jasmani dan rohani

5. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan Pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap.

6. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS/ pegawai swasta.

7. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS/ PNS

8. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia atau negara lain yang ditentukan oleh pemerintah

9. Tidak menjadi anggota/ pengurus PARPOL

10. Bersedia mematuhi peraturan yang berlaku dalam lingkungan Departemen Agama.

PERSYARATAN KHUSUS

Mengajukan surat lamaran dialamatkan kepada Menteri Agama RI. Ditulis tangan menggunakan tinta hitam dengan menyebutkan formasi serta jenis ketenagaan yang dilamar pada satuan yang dimaksud.
Surat lamaran tersebut harus dilampiri :
Fotokopi sah STTB/ Ijazah dan transkrip nilai.
Pas foto hitam Putih 3×4 sebanyak 3 (tiga) lembar
Fotokopi KTP dalam provinsi setempat ( bukan KTP sementara/ serbaguna)
Fotokopi sah surat keputusan pertama sampai dengan terakhir sebagai tenaga Wiyata bakti bagi yang memiliki
WAKTU/ TEMPAT PENDAFTARAN

Waktu pendaftaran pada tanggal 17 s.d. 20 Nopember 2008 pada hari dan jam kerja

Pendaftaran dilaksanakan secara langsung pada Kantor Departemen Agama Kab/ Kota

PERSYARATAN KHUSUS

Berusia serendah-rendahnya 18(delapan belas) tahun dan setinggi-tingginya 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun per 1 Februari 2009 dan atau 40 (empat puluh) tahun per 1 Februari 2009 bagi yang bekerja pada instansi pemerintah atau lembaga swasta yang berbadan hukum yang menunjang kepentingan nasional paling kurang 11(sebelas) tahun 10 (sepuluh) bulan s.d. 1 Februari 2009 secara terus menerus, yang dibuat oleh Kepala Sekolah dengan diketahui oleh Kepala dinas P dan K Kota Sukabumi atau yang dibuat Rumah sakit dan diketahui oleh Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kota Sukabumi
Persyaratan dan kelengkapan lamaran masing-masing sebanyak 1 rangkap terdiri dari:
Lamaran ditulis dengan tinta hitam, ditandatangani pelamar dan dibubuhi materai RP. 6.000 ditujukan kepada Walikota Sukabumi dengan menyebutkan jabatan yang diminati dan diserahkan langsung kepada Panitia Penerimaan CPNSD Kota Sukabumi
Surat lamaran dilampiri :
1) Fotokopi STTB/ Ijazah yang sah yang dikeluarkan oleh sekolah/ perguruan tinggi yang terakreditasi atau yang telah mendapat ijin operasional/ penyelenggaraan dari DEPDIKNAS, serta telah dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang.

2) Bagi Pelamar Tenaga Guru harus memiliki akta mengajar

3) Surat Keterangan Sehat dari Dokter pemerintah

4) Pas foto terbaru 3×4 hitam putih sebanyak 3 (tiga) lembar

5) Surat Keterangan pencari Kerja dari Dinas Tenaga Kerja (kartu kuning)

Funded research positions are available at Aachen University Hospital, Germany. Applications are invited both from EU and non-EU students. Thus Pakistani students are eligible to apply.


Research positions are available to motivated young scientists to join our research group. Our group at the Medical Clinic III at Aachen University Hospital is working on the role of monocyte subsets in models of inflammatory liver disease. The project includes a variety of modern immunological, molecular and cellular biological techniques and implies the analysis and characterization of knockout-mice. Our department is equipped with the most up-to-date technical resources and offers an international and competitive surrounding.

The project is sponsored by the German Research Council (DFG) and is expected to last 3 years.

Menindaklanji surat Menteri Negara Pendayagunan Aparatur Negara tentang tanbahan formasi CPNS Departemen Agama Tahun 2008 dan Surat Sekjen Depag tentang ALokasi Formasi Pengadaan/Pengangkatan CPNS dilingkungan Kanwil Depag Provinsi Jakarta dan Departemen Agama Pusat Tahun 2008, akan menerima CPNS pelamar umum untuk ditempatkan pada berbagai satuan organisasi/kerja lingkungan Departemen Agama Pusat dan Kanwil Departemen Agama Provinsi DKI Jakarta.

Pelamar adalah warga negara Indoensia (WNI) yang bertakwa kepada Tuhan YME berusia serendah-rendahnya 18 tahun dan setinggi-tingginya 35 tahun per 1 Januari 2009. 2 PhD positions at the University of Amsterdam on understanding and modelling biomineralization

Within the Marie Curie Initial Training Network "Biomineralization: understanding of basic mechanisms for the design of novel strategies in nanobiotechnology (BIOMINTEC)'' there are currently a number of PhD positions available.

The duration of each PhD position is 36 months.
Being part of a mobility program, PhD candidates will perform their work in two of the partner institutions (18 months each, in two different countries) which can not be the home country of the candidate. The University of Amsterdam (The Informatics Institute) is one of the partners in the BIOMINTEC project and involved in 2 PhD positions.

The first PhD (ESR2) will work on sponges and the title of the project is: ``Fractal mechanism of silicatein self-assembly and biosilicification (Experimental studies and Modelling studies)''.
The second PhD (ESR8) will work on calcification, e.g., in scleractinian corals and molluscs, the title of this project is ``Biocalcification: Characterization of crystal-shaping proteins of the molluscan shell and modelling gene regulation''.
Candidates should have a master's degree (or equivalent) in scientific computing or computational science, (computational) physics, chemistry, molecular biology or a comparable expertise.

A. PERSYARATAN UMUM
1. Warga Negara Indonesia
2. Bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa
3. Memiliki Integritas yang tinggi terhadap Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia
4. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang sudah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap, karena melakukan suatu tindak pidana kejahatan
5. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai negeri sipil atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta
6. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai calon/pegawai negeri
7. Mempunyai kualipikasi pendidikan, kecakapan, keahlian, dan keterampilan yang diperlukan
8. Berkelakuan baik
9. Sehat jasmani dan rohani
10. Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh wilayah Kabupaten Garut
11. Syarat lain yang ditentukan dalam persyaratan jabatan

B. PERSYARATAN KHUSUS
1. Berusia serendah?rendahnya 18 (delapan belas) tahun dan setinggi?tingginya 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun atau 40 (empat puluh) tahun per? 1 Pebruari 2009 bagi yang bekerja pada intansi pemerintah atau lembaga swasta yang berbadan hukum yang menunjang kepentingan nasional paling kurang 11 (sebelas) tahun 10 (sepuluh) bulan sampai dengan 1 Pebruari 2009 secara terus menerus
2. Persyaratan dan kelengkapan lamaran
a. Surat lamaran ditulis dengan tinta hitam dan ditandatangani diatas materai 6000, dimasukan kedalam amplop ukuran polio, serta pada sudut kiri atas ditulis kode jabatan yang diminati dan tingkat pendidikan, disudut kanan atas ditulis kode 6110;
b. Surat lamaran ditujukan kepada Bupati Garut melalui PO BOX 2008;
c. Surat lamaran dilampiri:
1) Foto Copy Ijazah/STTB yang sah yang dikeluarkan dari sekolah/Perguruan Tinggi yang terakreditasi atau yang telah mendapat ijin operasional/penyelenggaran dari DIRJEN DIKTI DEPDIKNAS, serta dilegalisir/disahkan oleh pejabat yang berwenang;
2) Surat keterangan Sehat Dari Dokter Pemerintah
3) Pas photo terbaru ukuran 3X4 cm hitam putih sebanyak 3 (tiga) lembar;
4) Surat Keterangan Pencarian Kerja dari Dinas Tenaga Kerja (kartu kuning);
5) Amplop ukuran 11 X 28 cm serta ditulis nama, alamat lengkap pelamar yang dapat dijangkau oleh pos disertai kode Pos dan perangko secukupnya, dengan mencantumkan no tlp/HP
6) Bagi pelamar yang berusia lebih dari 35 tahun dan mempunyai pengalaman kerja secara terus menerus pada intansi Pemerintah atau swasta yang berbadan hukum harus melampirkan SK Pengangkatannya.
3. Waktu pendaftaran mulai tanggal 15 November 2008 s/d 24 November 2008 (berdasarkan Cap Pos). Diluar ketentuan tanggal tersebut lamaran tidak akan diproses.
4. Pendaftaran tanpa dipungut biaya apapun;
5. Pemanggilan pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan adminstrasi akan dilakukan melalui Kantor Pos;
6. Pelamar yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan administrasi tidak akan dipanggil berkas tidak akan dikembalikan;
7. Materi ujian berupa Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD)meliputi Tes Pengetahuan Umum (TPU), Tes Bakat Skolastik (TBS), Tes Skala Kematangan (TSK) serta Tes Kompetensi Bidang (TKB).

I. Persyaratan Administrasi Umum
Warga Negara Republik Indonesia;
Usia serendah-rendahnya
- DIII : 18 (delapan belas) tahun dan setinggi-tingginya 27 (dua puluh tujuh) tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2008
- S1 : 18 (delapan belas) tahun dan setinggi-tingginya 34 (tiga puluh empat) tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2008
Berijazah sesuai kualifikasi pendidikan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) yang telah ditetapkan (Akreditasi A bagi perguruan tinggi swasta);
Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK)
- DIII : minimal 2,50 dari skala 4,00
- S1 : minimal 2,75 dari skala 4,00 atau Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) minimal 3,75 dari skala 5,00;
Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan penggadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap, karena melakukan suatu tindakan pidana kejahatan;
Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil/ Anggota Tentara Nasional Indonesia/ Anggota Kepolisian Negara, atau di berhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta;
Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon PNS/ PNS, Calon/ Angota TNI/ POLRI;
Tidak berkedudukan sebagai anggota atau pengurus partai politik;
Berbadan sehat (jasmani dan rohani, serta tidak buta warna).
II. Lain-lain

Registrasi pelamar hanya dilakukan egistrasi online pada portal rekrutmen CPNS Kementerian Negara PPN/Bappenas : http://rekrutmen. bappenas. go.id , tidak ada jalur lain yang digunakan dalam proses pengiriman lamaran.
Pendaftaran dibuka mulai tanggal 17 September 2008 sampai dengan 22 September 2008 pukul 24:00 WIB.
Biaya transportasi dan akomodasi selama mengikuti tahapan tes di tanggung oleh pelamar.
Keputusan panitia dalam hal kelulusan pendaftaran atau pelamar pada setiap tes bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
Registrasi pelamar yang tidak melalui http://rekrutmen. bappenas. go.id/ tidak akan diproses lebih lanjut.
Bagi mereka yang dinyatakan lulus seluruh proses seleksi namun mengundurkan diri dikarenakan suatu hal, diwajibkan mengganti biaya yang telah dikeluarkan oleh panitia sebesar Rp. 15.000.000,- (lima belas juta rupiah) yang dikuatkan dengan surat pernyataan sejak pelamar dipanggil untuk mengikuti test masuk CPNS Kementerian PPN/Bappenas.
Pelamar tidak dipungut biaya apapun. Apabila Ada pihak/oknum yang menjanjikan dapat membantu untuk diterima menjadi Calon PNS Kementerian Negara PPN/BAPPENAS dengan atau tanpa meminta imbalan dalam bentuk apapun, agar segera menghubungi Biro Sumber Daya Manusia melalui email ke kepegawaian@ bappenas. go.id .

Tahapan Seleksi

Tahapan dalam seleksi Penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Kementerian Negara PPN/ BAPPENAS terdiri dari:

Tahap II Tes Potensi Akademik
Tahap III Tes TOEFL
Tahap IV Tes Psikologi dan diskusi kelompok
Tahap V Wawancara Akhir

Tata cara Pendaftaran

Pelamar wajib mempunyai alamat e-mail untuk dapat mengikuti proses rekrutmen CPNS Kementerian Negara PPN/Bappenas.
Pelamar hanya dapat melakukan satu kali pendaftaran (registrasi) secara online.
Pelamar yang telah melakukan pendaftaran (registrasi) akan memperoleh NOMOR REGISTRASI melalui e-mail, nomor registrasi ini akan digunakan selama proses seleksi berlangsung.
Setelah mendapatkan nomor registrasi pelamar wajib mengirimkan lamaran via email dengan melampirkan:
- Ijazah,
- transkrip Nilai dan
- Pas Foto terakhir.
semuanya dikirim dalam bentuk image (ukuran maksimal masing-masing file 300kb), dengan membubuhkan nomor registrasi sebagai subject dari e-mail tersebut.
